March 10th 2020 marked the decennial anniversary of RenComGroup, the Philadelphia-based digital agency I founded 10 years prior.

As I celebrated alongside the team during a company luncheon, I realized I needed to share with them the personal and emotional struggles I had been quietly grappling with throughout the months leading up to the event.

That was the day I realized I had been blaming everything and everyone for my circumstances, rather than myself.

Little did I know that this public display of humility would set me on a path toward healing, and prove to be the source of inspiration for this podcast.
